Kent Police are one of the country’s largest police forces with over 6,500 staff policing the largest non-metropolitan local authority in the UK – a population of around 1.4M.
For the police service, public perception is critical to their success. Kent Police are a professional, hard-working organisation, whose employees genuinely care about making a positive difference to the county of Kent. Through a process of consultation, design, change management, on-site implementation and people-engagement, Integrity assisted Kent Police in completely changing the way in which they presented themselves, so their public image communicated their underlying values: professional, approachable and supportive.
