HMRC

Our work for HMRC (Her Majesty’s Revenue and Customs) was pure Business Consultancy. It gave Integrity the opportunity not just to apply our brand and design management skills, but also to support the in-house brand management team and create lasting benefit for the client.

On the face of it, the brief to HMRC was relatively straightforward – the implementation of a new graphic identity designed by Interbrand. However, with two government departments, more than 30 in-house design and brand managers, and over 1,000 sites, this project combined politics, diplomacy, logistics, consultancy and hands-on work - a real challenge.

Wide scope

To date, we have completed three key phases of work for HMRC: an overview of HR resources, roles and systems; the re-engineering of design and brand management processes; a the production of a comprehensive set of sign guidelines for all ports and airports. We’ve also been involved in a number of test projects to implement new signage.
