Brand

People

The most complex part of any brand change is gaining employee buy-in and engaging people in the change. We've worked with a number of clients to change the way their employees behave so that they are sending a positive, on-brand message to customers and colleagues. Workshops with senior management teams; personalised delivery of new workwear and branded materials; we've even sent our staff into our clients' teams for a while to support and embed the change of culture that's needed. Programming

Brand change needs managing if it's to achieve its objectives. Too many brand projects are ill-planned or under-resourced. We know what a brand change project entails, so we can help you build detailed cost and project plans and then manage and monitor those programmes to ensure that everything arrives as promised. Tools

Maintaining brand standards is a huge challenge, particularly in large and complex organisations. We specialise in developing tools, templates and techniques to help you manage the consistency of your brand across your organisation. We've developed everything from online brand standards databases and handbooks right down to electronic templates for documents and posters, giving your organisation the tools it needs to keep your identity consistent.
