Rebrand programmes are costly and complex. The diverse range of brand applications, short timescales and need to control costs mean that they require a particular set of skills in order to achieve the success that the initiative needs.

We’ve managed several large-scale rebrand programmes for blue-chip clients such as Virgin Media, Waitrose and Volkswagen. We’ve helped to develop achievable budgets and plans, and then to deliver against those, frequently exceeding our clients’ expectations as to what would be possible.
