Wayfinding and customer journey
We've worked with John Lewis to design and implement excellent customer journey schemes at their flasgship store in the Bluewater shopping centre and more recently on their new range of "at home" stores, which are opening at sites across the UK. Using skills gained in working for a range of retailers we're ensuring that the excellent quality of the John Lewis brand carries through into the signage and wayfinding information available to customers at their stores.
Workplace branding
We're also working with John Lewis to innovatively brand their internal office spaces. Engaging employees with your brand requires a range of approaches, and one of them is to ensure that their working environment reflects the values and aspirations of the brand. We're helping design graphics and decoration schemes that bring the John Lewis feel to office spaces and meeting rooms at their headquarters in London.
