The team at Integrity have worked with Waitrose for over 25 years to ensure the customer journey at every store provides an excellent customer experience. We have managed two previous rebrands, so as a trusted partner, when Waitrose decided to update their identity, they turned to us to deliver their vision across every element of signage and customer journey.

We’ve been busy working alongside Waitrose as they continue to develop their stores and in-store communication strategy.

By telling the story behind their food and explaining the difference their Partners make, they are able to stand out from their competition. We’ve been involved with the implementation of three trial sites, one of which even contains a community room that offers services such as yoga classes.

We're very excited to share our recent work with ŠKODA on their new Approved Used Car identity. We worked on every stage of this project, as part of the design and delivery team, to ensure that their used car journey is as considered as their new car journey and to help convey that both types of customers are of equal importance to ŠKODA.

There is a hierarchy of visual elements that welcome customers and gradually display information to them highlighting the benefits of the ŠKODA Approved Used Car programme. See a selection of photographs of the pilots sites below:

Hospitals can be challenging environments to navigate. By using colour in the building and wayfinding this is made easier.

We've recently been working with Oxleas NHS Foundation Trust to improve the visitor journey across Queen Mary's Hospital in Sidcup, London. Each department has a unique colour and consistent signage even though the hospital has numerous different healthcare providers.

Following the enormous success of Center Parcs Woburn Forest, which opened to the public in 2014 and in which Integrity played a significant part, the group have recently started work building a brand new village in Ireland, at Longford Forest. Work has already commenced on creating roads and paths through the forest, and on building the 425 lodges.

Following our work on the Woburn Project we're delighted to be working with Center Parcs again to provide an effective wayfinding solution for guests at this new site. We'll be working on wayfinding analysis, signage positioning, artworking and ensuring that, come opening in mid-2019, visitors to Longford Forest receive the same engaging wayfinding experience as those at Woburn.
