Once Volkswagen showrooms undergo a concept refresh we visit to help assess against brand standards. It's the little touches that make a difference to the customer experience: the ease with which they can get a coffee, neat and tidy seating areas, and well-presented accessories and merchandise displays. Key to this is helping employees consider the showroom from the customer’s perspective and then giving them advice to ensure consistent brand standards and customer experience in every showroom.

We have recently worked with Waitrose to design, apply and implement some new concepts within their biggest store opening of 2017, Haywards Heath in Sussex.
The store is now the largest Waitrose in Sussex and holds many innovations in the customer experience that we’ve helped bring to life. These include their latest iterations of "The Kitchen" offer, which is a live cooking experience, along with some fantastic "Supper Club" evenings planned for the coming months.

We're very proud of our work with Volkswagen and the Inchcape Group on their flagship new showroom in West London, alongside the busy A4. We worked at every stage of this project, as part of the design and delivery teams, to ensure that the customer's journey through the site was inspiring and memorable. We recently celebrated two big birthdays here at the Integrity office. Tim, our boss, turned 50, and Stella, the backbone of Integrity, turned 60. We splashed out with balloons, wild decorations, cakes and Prosecco and a good time was had by all. Congratulations to both of you, and here are a few photos we took of the occasions.
