The team at Integrity have worked with Waitrose for over 25 years to ensure the customer journey at every store provides an excellent customer experience. We have managed two previous rebrands, so as a trusted partner, when Waitrose decided to update their identity, they turned to us to deliver their vision across every element of signage and customer journey.
For this #meettheteam interview, we are getting to know our two placement students, Yash and Harry. Both are studying at Brunel University and have just finished their second year. Yash is studying Product Design and Harry, Industrial Design. Yash’s course is more problem solving based while Harry's is more creative and open-minded. Although they are on different courses they knew each other before coming to Integrity as they worked on a university project together, creating a solar-powered safe drinking water bottle for developing countries!
Hospitals can be challenging environments to navigate. By using colour in the building and wayfinding this is made easier.
We've recently been working with Oxleas NHS Foundation Trust to improve the visitor journey across Queen Mary's Hospital in Sidcup, London. Each department has a unique colour and consistent signage even though the hospital has numerous different healthcare providers.
We’ve been busy working alongside Waitrose as they continue to develop their stores and in-store communication strategy.
By telling the story behind their food and explaining the difference their Partners make, they are able to stand out from their competition. We’ve been involved with the implementation of three trial sites, one of which even contains a community room that offers services such as yoga classes.
We’re back with more #meettheteam interviews and the latest person we’d like to introduce you to is Chris. He graduated from Ravensbourne with a BA in Graphic Design and joined us almost two years ago after some initial freelance work. During his time with us he’s worked on a wide range of clients and has been a great addition to each and every team. His main focus now sits with the external wayfinding strategy for Waitrose.
