We’ve been working with Volkswagen for over 25 years, as an extension of their marketing team, acting as brand guardians providing advice, guidance, and design support on all types of brand projects.
Our work covers the full spectrum of identity management and over the last three months, we’ve been working on the UK roll-out programme for Volkswagen’s new corporate identity. Through this project we’ve developed launch strategies and created guidelines and templates. We've engaged and supported design agencies every step of the way, ensuring brand consistency is achieved across all touchpoints.
We're experts at employee engagement. When employees are engaged with your culture, vision and values, they think and act more positively. As the face of your brand, they decide whether a customer has a positive or negative experience, which then affects brand perception and reputation.
As well as implementing the new Waitrose & Partners’ brand across the store portfolio, we’ve had the pleasure of delivering the brand identity at Leckford Estate, the only UK supermarket-owned farm.
Over the last 2 years, we've been working with Center Parcs on the wayfinding strategy and design for their new village in Longford Forest, Ireland - taking the successful implementation of the new sign family design we developed for Woburn Forest and applying it across 1,200 signs at the new Ireland site. We had a great time on 'trial weeks' - helping provide experiences for the new employees to learn the ropes! Big thanks to the amazing new team at Longford Forest for their warm hospitality - and a fantastic new park experience!
Since the launch of Waitrose & Partners' rebrand in September, we've been busy with the brand implementation and have now completed our 9th store of the year.
